Description

We are seeking a highly driven and analytically skilled Fund Manager to oversee operations of the fund and execution management across multiple investment vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a previous experience in senior roles at reputable financial institutions, auditing or consulting firms.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with service providers, custodians, counterparties, and auditors.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met under the applicable financial jurisdiction.
  • Produce accurate and timely investor reports and financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow, capital calls, and distributions for underlying funds.
  • Collaborate with CFO, legal, and compliance teams to ensure structural and operational soundness.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or CFA designation is strongly preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Prior roles in any of the following are strongly preferred:

Audit firms։

  • CFO or senior finance roles within financial institutions (banks, asset managers, or insurers, investment funds)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of financial instruments, fund structures, and risk management.
  • Strong financial modeling, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards (e.g., DFSA, ESMA, SEC depending on jurisdiction).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with fund launches or restructuring.
  • Exposure to multi-asset or alternative investment strategies.
  • Familiarity with fund administration software and reporting tools.
  • Prior interaction with regulators or board-level stakeholders.

This role requires high integrity, discretion, and accountability. The ideal candidate is both operationally rigorous and commercially strategic, capable of owning full-cycle fund management with credibility and autonomy.

Working Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday with availability to work overtime and travel․
  • Office-based․
  • Occasional travel for investor meetings, due diligence, or regulatory interaction may be required․
