Job Description
Hayasa Hotel Yerevan is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Shift Leader. As a Front Office Shift Leader, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests and ensuring their stay will become memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise the Front Office operations, ensuring high service standards․
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction․
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery․
- Foster a positive and professional work environment among all front-office team members․
- Guide, support, and train new and existing team members․
- Handle customer issues and manage complex situations professionally․
- Ensure that all FO Agents are well-informed about the FO Manager’s directives and announcements and that they follow established procedures․
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Front Office Agent or Shift Leader․
- Fluency in English and Russian, both spoken and written․
- Knowledge of the Triosoft system is an advantage․
- Flexibility and ability to handle various work situations․
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently․
