Description

Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is looking for a Front Desk Agent who will greet every guest with a smile and make their stay unforgettable.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming first impression for every guest.
  • Deliver smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Provide accurate information and personalized assistance to make every stay exceptional.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Be fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.
  • Be friendly and professional, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show passion for service and the ability to solve problems with a smile.
  • Be flexible and ready to work with a dynamic schedule, including weekends, holidays and night shifts

Additional Notes

working schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 2:00 PM-11:00 PM and 11:00 PM- 8:00 AM (working all shifts is mandatory)
