Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Agent at Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs and assisting guests with inquiries and requests.
Responsibilities
- Available to register, process, and greet customers promptly․
- Check the daily arrival list․
- Welcome customers to the hotel․
- Respond to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings․
- Arrange for special services requested by the customer․
- Ensure that own cash is secure at all times․
- Ensure all discrepancies in own cash are declared to the Manager․
- Ensure that guest details are not disclosed․
- Maintain high confidentiality regarding guest privacy․
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of English and Russian․
- Highly responsible and reliable․
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times․
- Customer service attitude․
- Multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks․
- Flexible work schedule including night shifts․
