Description
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests with a warm welcome upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Managing reservations and ensuring accuracy in booking details.
- Processing payments and maintaining guest accounts.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to meet guests' needs and resolve issues.
- Upholding policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is a must.
