We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hall Manager. As a Hall Manager at Coffeeshop Company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our café, working hand in hand with our waitstaff to deliver unparalleled service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with waiters and other team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café hall, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries.
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the hall.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and care.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members, fostering their growth and development within the company.

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of either Russian or English
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
