YOUR ROLE
If you are a highly energetic financial education instructor who has working experience with children and is an education enthusiast, then being the Finance program instructor in COAF’s Debet SMART Center is a perfect role for you. Your duties will include:
YOUR TEAM
You will be joining the COAF SMART Programs team and be a part of a multidisciplinary team working with the students of the center with an individual approach. You will work under the leadership of COAF SMART Education Operations Manager and will be working in close contact with the team of the instructors of the center.
YOU KNOW
- Teaching methods, as you have adequate education and financial literacy instruction experience.
- Have experience in formal or non-formal education, ability to work with children.
- How to design a syllabus for teaching Finance.
- The nuances of individual and group work.
- Verbal & written Armenian, knowledge of English and Russian is a plus.
- Non-formal education methods.
- Have higher education and/or relevant teaching experience.
YOU CAN
- Use technologies with ease /especially equipment used during the classes.
- Design a hands program content.
- Organize, prioritize & multitask.
- Work independently, work efficiently under pressure.
- Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Present & communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Manage conflicts and be a team player.
YOU
