Description

Carrefour Armenia is looking for a highly-motivated Financial Controller to join our fast-growing company.

Main Tasks

• Guarantee the application of the “Money Insurance Policy”;
• Analyze stores’ results.
• Control and validate all financial documents sent to Central Finance Ensure proper flow of documents to Central Finance
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in terms of results and financial reports,
• Control overall application of procedures and guarantee the internal control as per MAF Carrefour standards
• Comply with local laws and tax when applicable;
• Review of specific balance sheet account / Profit &Loss accounts.
• Control and communicate all Assets movement (In / Out, Disposal, Write Off)
• Ensure the monitoring and Collection of Store Fees (respect of docs & cut-off)
• Inventory Management: Improve Working Capital and ensure stock accuracy and freshness, Stock depreciation follow-up, negative stock
• Guarantee the proper conservation utilization and profitability of company's assets.
• Perform monthly / yearly closings and ensure the preparation of statutory accounts (if applicable);
• Prepare store budget and forecast with GM;
• other duties regarding to this job.

Key Required Skills & Knowledge

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
• 3+ years of working experience in similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; (Excellent knowledge of English and MS office)
• Be the referent person for all in-store financial purposes.
