Financial Specialist

Description

Ucom CJSC is seeking a Financial Specialist to join its Financial Planning and Reporting Department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and management reports
• Assist in processing accounting data and performing IFRS-related adjustments under supervision
• Support the preparation of financial statements of the subsidiary company
• Prepare analytical materials for specific expense categories
• Prepare comprehensive payroll-related reports
• Assist in the preparation of allowance for doubtful accounts / provision for receivables (ECL) under guidance
• Prepare statistical reports
• Prepare reports required by the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC)
• Extract, archive, and process reports from the billing system
• Support accounting for lease-related expenses in accordance with IFRS 16
• Process and provide financial information to internal stakeholders
• Provide support during budget control processes
• Provide support during the annual audit of financial statements

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• At least 2 years of work experience in finance, audit, accounting (experience in the telecommunications industry would be an advantage)
• Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office
• Familiarity with AS Enterprise accounting program
• Familiarity with IFRS
• Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
• Ability to ensure precision high-quality detail in the work supplied, flexibility and time management skills
