Finance Operations Officer

Job description

The largest coffee shop chain in Armenia is looking for a highly qualified and professional Financial Operations Officer who can bring value to the company and contribute to the company's growth. A number of interesting projects beneficial for us are waiting for you.

Job responsibilities

What we expect from you:

• Monitoring the current financial performance of the company and identifying development trends;
• Analyzing current and past financial data of the company;
• Presenting reports to the company management;
• Maintaining accurate documentation for financial transactions;
• Maintaining a solid level of financial control over costs;
• Collaborating with other stakeholders to gather, analyze and interpret relevant financial data;
• Undertaking transactional activities with Banks;
• Carrying out relevant calculations, payments, and further activities with cash of the company;
• Working with third-party vendors;
• Closely cooperating with staff responsible for warehouse management and goods turnover.

Required qualifications

• Higher Education in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Working Experience in Accounting/Finance for at least 1.5 years;
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices;
• Perfect attention to detail, organizational and planning skills;
• Good accounting software user and administration skills;
• Good MS Office skills and advanced Excel skills would be considered an advantage;
• Research and analytical thinking;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Working proficiency in the English language.
