Export Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential international clients and distribution partners.
• Client Engagement: Initiate contact with leads, nurture relationships through effective communication, and maintain a pipeline of warm prospects.
• Handover to Senior Management: Present qualified leads to the Head of Department for strategic follow-up.
• Export Documentation & Operations: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation including commercial invoices, customs declarations, and shipping documentation.
• Coordination with Logistics: Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods.
• Client Support: Provide administrative support to the export team and act as a point of contact for international clients regarding order status and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience:
  1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in international trade or export operations.
  2. Experience in the FMCG sector is considered a strong advantage.
• Education:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, International Relations, or Communications.
  2. Additional financial or export-related certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
  1. Fluent in English (written and verbal) – mandatory.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Basic understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
  4. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office
