The Export Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating internal export-related processes within the company. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments such as production, logistics, customs, and documentation to ensure the smooth preparation and execution of export shipments.
Պարտականություններ
- Coordinate export-related activities across internal teams (Sales, Production, Logistics, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Finance).
- Prepare and verify export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment preparation in cooperation with relevant departments.
- Maintain export records and track shipment details in internal systems.
- Support the Export Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Monitor compliance with internal procedures and export documentation requirements.
Պահանջներ
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or related fields).
- Previous experience in export coordination, logistics, or administrative support is a plus.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP or 1C experience is an advantage.

2000 թվականին «ՍՊՍ Սիգարոն» ընկերությունը աշխարհին ներկայացրեց սիգարետի նոր ապրանքանիշ՝ յուրահատուկ ֆիլտր-ծխափողով: Սիգարետների արտադրության մեջ օգտագործվում էին աշխարհահռչակ պլանտացիաների լավագույն ծխախոտատեսակները։
Հիմնադրումից ի վեր «ՍՊՍ Սիգարոն» ընկերությունը համագործակցում է աշխարհի առաջատար առևտրային և արդյունաբերական ընկերությունների հետ՝ հումքի, արտադրության ու լաբորատոր՝ հատուկ պատվերով պատրաստված սարքավորումների մատակարարման համար,որոնք ապահովում են արտադրական սահուն և դինամիկ գործընթացը։
