Description

The Founding Director of Calibri is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and courteous assistant to spearhead crucial support functions and oversee the company's recruitment endeavors. We are in search of a vibrant individual who embodies a proactive attitude and possesses excellent communication skills to navigate our recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing his schedule, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO․
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Gather, verify, and summarize pertinent information into concise reports.
  • Oversee procurement of essential office supplies and services, ensuring timely payments and uninterrupted workflow.
  • Manage document flow, preparation, storage, and correspondence for seamless company operations.
  • Establish internal protocols and oversee office organization.
  • Execute representative duties, negotiating and advocating on behalf of the Director/Company in diverse settings.
  • Lead specific project management efforts, supervise diverse direct assignments.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Write and post job advertisements on job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics as needed for management review.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience in executive support roles and HR
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrate dedication to consistent results through persistent effort, coupled with a willingness to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure.
  • Embrace a creative and analytical mindset to approach challenges innovatively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
  • Familiarity with the CRM system would be considered an asset.

Additional Notes

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm. Saturday hours are from 10 am to 6 pm. Six days off in a month.
