Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Strategy

• Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and growth.
• Analyze online sales data

2. Website & Marketplace Management

• Manage the e-commerce website (product uploads, banners, navigation, UX).
• Optimize listings on marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.)
• Ensure product availability and timely inventory updates.

3. Marketing & Promotions

• Coordinate online marketing campaigns: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer collaborations.
• Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategy as needed.

4. Customer Experience

• Oversee customer journey and ensure a smooth purchase process.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback for quality improvement.

5. Operations & Logistics

• Work closely with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping.
• Monitor return/refund processes and ensure smooth handling.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Create weekly/monthly reports on traffic, sales, conversion, and marketing performance.
