Distance Sales Specialist

Main duties:

• Identifying customer needs and submitting relevant proposals
• Outgoing calls for cross-selling and customer attraction activities
• Identification of customers who have applied to the Bank via remote channels, opening accounts, accepting loan applications, making decisions within their authority, organizing / servicing the disbursement process
• Establishing customer feedback to increase the level of use of the Bank's services, to determine the level of customer satisfaction

Required qualification:

• Higher education in Economics or related fields
• Knowledge of Armenian (excellent), Russian (good) and English (good)
• Knowledge of MS Office

• Developed ability to communicate
• Flexibility
