Social Media Management

  • Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new ideas.

Content Creation

  • Create high-quality graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Capture and edit professional product photos and videos.
  • Produce engaging Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos.
  • Design promotional banners, advertisements, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with Google Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
  • Improve customer acquisition and online sales through digital campaigns.

Website & E-commerce

  • Manage and update the Shopify website.
  • Upload products, optimize product pages, and update promotional banners.
  • Improve website user experience and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with developers when technical updates are required.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform keyword research.
  • Optimize website content for search engines.
  • Improve website rankings through on-page SEO.
  • Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console and Analytics.

Email Marketing

  • Create promotional email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Build customer journeys and email automation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve marketing performance.

Branding

  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce.
  • Experience working with fashion, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Meta Ads Manager.
  • Google Ads (basic to intermediate).
  • Shopify (preferred).
  • Canva.
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred).
  • CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Google Search Console.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Armenian is preferred.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
