Digital Marketing Specialist

"Kazunion Tour Operator by Rustar" is a fast-growing tour operator with over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry. As part of the international Rustar Group, we currently operate offices in five countries and offer travel packages to eight destinations. Our success is built on German management principles, known for their reliability and high quality standards.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time in the office (remote and hybrid work arrangements are not considered).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of digital communication and promotion strategies.
• Oversee the management of the company’s social media channels.
• Apply and manage digital marketing tools, including target marketing, performance marketing, paid promotions, lead generation, and other online advertising channels.
• Collaborate with web developers on new projects and the improvement of existing websites.
• Launch, monitor, and coordinate advertising campaigns, while providing recommendations to optimize marketing processes.
• Manage and update website content, ensure the accuracy of published information, and oversee all website publications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of PPC and paid social advertising.
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Skills in creating Reels and video editing will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
• Higher education in Marketing or a related field; additional professional courses are an advantage.
• Practical experience in marketing and digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of advertising platforms and the ability to manage campaigns across different channels.
• Experience with various advertising formats, including contextual and native advertising.
