Premium Machinery Armenia is hiring a motivated team member to fill the vacant position of Deputy of Chief Accountant

Responsibilities

• Uploading salary payment instructions to the online banking system.
• Calculating salaries, sick leave benefits, and vacation pay in the Armsoft system; calculating bonuses for mechanics.
• Recording salary accruals in the SAP system.
• Processing business trip per diems via bank transfer and recording business trip reports in SAP.
• Performing accounting entries for specific creditors in the SAP system and monitoring creditor reconciliations.
• Reconciling creditor accounts with payments.
• Preparing monthly reconciliation statements for the top 10 creditors.
• Recording credit notes and adjusting accounts payable.
• Registering self-invoices in the Taxservice system and SAP; monitoring invoices from foreign creditors.
• Recording rental payments and withheld income tax based on lease agreements with individuals in the software, and executing payments via the bank.
• Uploading bank transfers to the online banking system.
• Processing customs payments within the banking system.
• Accruing loan interest by the 5th of the following month.
• Tax reporting: preparing income tax calculations.
• Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports.
• Preparing income tax reports in the tax service system.
• Preparing reports on physical volumes, prices, and turnover of goods.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in accounting,
• Higher education in the field of Economy, Finance,
• Knowledge of Russian and English is mandatory,
• Ability to work efficiently at short period,
• Teamwork and time management skills,
• Knowledge of AS,
• Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word),
• Thorough knowledge of Armenian Tax Law;
• Knowledge of the basics of financial reporting.
