Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on financial efficiency and cost control․
- Support the General Director in strategic planning, budgeting, and execution․
- Manage and continuously improve the KPI system across departments․
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and implement data-driven decisions․
- Control inventory, procurement, and expense management to maximize profitability․
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards․
- Lead staff development, training, and performance reviews with financial accountability in mind․
- Handle operational and financial challenges with professionalism and speed․
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, evaluating ROI and cost-effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or financial management․
- Strong leadership and communication skills․
- Solid understanding of KPI-based performance systems․
- Analytical mindset with ability to optimize costs and improve margins․
- Fluent in Armenian and Russian (English is a plus)․
