Customers care specialist

Garden 5 LLC is looking for Customers care specialist to join our team in Yerevan

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with clients
• Communicate with customers through phone calls and other means of communication
• Presentation of services provided by the company
• Drafting documents in English and Arabic languages
• Filling the Company's database
• Intlementing meetings with Armenian partners
• Other tasks by the general manager

Required qualifications

• Experienced user of MS office package
• Strong negotiation skills and communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic both verbal and writing
• Good knowledge of English
• Higher education is desirable
• Multi-tasking
• Analytical skills
