Description

Join our startup as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll ensure the smooth operation of our new B2B booking management software. Your role involves mastering our software, delivering technical support to current and future clients, and facilitating successful usage of the application.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing any inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the software.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they are proficient in using the software to its fullest potential.

- Collaborate with the development team to identify bugs, communicate customer requests, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software.

- Understand the unique needs and requirements of potential customers, and tailor software demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solutions can address their specific challenges.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience and proficiency in relevant software applications and tools, preferably within the tourism industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
