Right now, we are looking for a full time International Customer Support Representative for urgent cases who will assist our clients with their questions via chat and calls.
Our international department is looking for ambitious people unafraid of new and interesting challenges. We are solving every day questions, problems or suggestions that our dear customers have.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and precise manner via phone, email, and chat
- Make outbound/proactive calls to our customers/partners
- Consult on and resolve all the questions that arise while using our service
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with other team members
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams
Requirements
- experience as a customer support specialist or in a similar CS role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough/sensitive cases
- Armenian and Russian or French proficiency
