Speedster is looking for Customer Support Agents to join our team in Yerevan. We provide local delivery services helping businesses and individuals manage fast, reliable deliveries across California. We are hiring agents to support our delivery operations during California Time / Pacific Time. Two agents will work at the same time during each shift.

Work Schedule

• Each agent will work 8 hours per shift.
• All working hours are based on California Time / Pacific Time and are also shown in Yerevan time.
• Applicants must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays as part of the schedule.

Shift 1:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM California Time / PST
Yerevan time: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Shift 2:
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM California Time/PST
Yerevan time: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Managing customer support issues and inquiries
• Helping resolve delivery-related problems quickly and professionally
• Finding available drivers for active orders when availability is slim
• Monitoring orders and supporting smooth delivery operations
• Communicating with customers, drivers, and the internal team
• Helping ensure every delivery is completed smoothly and on time

Requirements

• Strong communication and fluent English skills
• Ability to work during the assigned time shift
• Comfortable using apps, dashboards, and online tools
• Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Customer support experience is a plus

Salary & Compensation

• Working Hours: Employees are required to work Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 8 hours per shift. This equals around 40 working hours per week as the standard schedule.
• Weekend Availability: Weekend shifts are not required every month. However, employees may need to work some Saturday or Sunday shifts if they want to reach 180+ working hours for the monthly bonus. Any weekend shifts will be planned and confirmed in advance.
• Salary & Bonus: The monthly salary is 400,000 AMD. Employees who complete 180 or more working hours in a month will receive an additional 50,000 AMD bonus, bringing the total monthly compensation to 450,000 AMD.
