Solara is looking for an experienced, motivated, and qualified candidate for the position of Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team.

WORKING DAYS: 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Making and receiving customer calls․
• Respond to customer queries via email and chat․
• Provide detailed information about the products․
• Help customers with questions and give information about products and services․
• Registration and processing of received calls․

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills․
• Fluent English․
• High sense of responsibility․
• Hardworking, initiative, and flexible personality․
• Excellent teamwork skills․
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment․
• Being motivated to take on challenges and learn new․
