Description / Responsibilities
Handle requests for information and/or complaints via incoming calls, email or live chat
Analyze and identify customer needs and direct them to the right department if necessary
Propose solutions adapted to the needs of your interlocutors
Participate in the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives at the individual and collective level
Requirements
Master on of the language (French, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish) with good fluency both written and spoken
Speak English at a good level (C1+)
Have good energy, dynamism and enthusiasm
Appreciate teamwork and have a taste for challenge
Have a sense of service
Demonstrate a real sense of listening
Show strong empathy
