Description
We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive customer engagement, segmentation strategies, and CRM optimization within our e-commerce business unit.
Responsibilities
- Implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, repeat sales, and lifetime value in a competitive retail environment.
- Manage the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns: including segmentation – social, demographic, basket and etc messaging – push, email SMM, scheduling - timings and triggering campaigns, performance tracking – reporting results of the campaign.
- Leverage customer data to create targeted promotions and product recommendations for electronics and appliance shoppers.
- Creating questionnaires and inputting received data to the CRM system.
- Build and maintain automated email journeys, cart abandonment flows, re-engagement campaigns, and product review requests.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align CRM efforts with key promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Use graphic design tools to create visually appealing emails, banners, and customer touchpoints.
- Create email campaigns visuals.
- Texts for emails and push notifications.
- Analyze CRM KPIs and customer behavior trends using Excel and reporting tools to optimize campaigns.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of CRM or email marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
- Proven track record of managing successful CRM strategies that increased engagement and sales.
Hard Skills
- Experience in CRM platforms (Bitrix 24, Loymax, Mindbox, Manzana).
- Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data cleaning, reporting, Vlookup).
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with email marketing tools and automation workflows.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, retention metrics, and campaign analysis.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CRM for electronics, appliances, or other tech-focused consumer goods.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and strategies to drive brand advocacy.
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization for product-driven campaigns.
