Content Moderation Associate

At List.am we strive to make buying and selling easy and convenient. As a content moderator, you will screen and monitor user-generated content based on our specific rules and guidelines. We are looking for someone who will delight with promptness, attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, detail-oriented and thinks outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Work at the largest online e-commerce marketplace platform in Armenia, helping List.am scale effectively by reviewing user-generated submissions;
• Learn and understand user policies and guidelines, and make decisions based on those;
• Ensure that the content upholds the regulations of the website, is not illegal, inappropriate or harmful;
• Work with teams and key stakeholders across the organization in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
• Help us maintain a high satisfaction rate with our customers;
• Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, policies, and procedures;
• Have the ability to grow, develop and learn in a start-up environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred;
• Customer service skills that demonstrate a customer-focused philosophy;
• Investigative and critical thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills;
• Team player, fast learner;
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and/or stressful situations;
• Open to work evenings and weekends as needed.
