Content Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Create compelling and accurate product descriptions, category pages, and other e-commerce content (news, event summaries).
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and publication of content updates and new product launches, including organization of product photo shooting process.
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure timely and effective execution of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives on e-commerce platforms (web and app), including activation and scheduling of promotions for web and app.
• Conduct regular content audits to identify and rectify errors, outdated information, and inconsistencies.
• Maintain content quality by adhering to brand guidelines presented by the Company.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism/Linguistic.
• Working experience with Bitrix system is a plus.
• At least 1 years of work experience as a content writer, content coordinator or other relevant position.
• Excellent written communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to make content for different target audiences with different styles.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality of detailed work while meeting the competing and inflexible deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
