We’re looking for a Concierge to join our team and be the friendly, reliable face that welcomes every guest with warmth and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Be the go-to expert for local attractions, dining, cultural events, and hidden gems
• Handle guest requests with creativity, speed, and discretion
• Build sincere connections with guests—remember their names, preferences, and stories
• Organize transportation, restaurant bookings, and special touches
• Anticipate guest needs—even before they ask

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English
• Deep knowledge of the city and its surroundings
• Friendly, proactive, and service-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and quick problem-solving
• Knowledge of hotel software (Opera) is a plus
