Commercial Director

Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales strategy, manage daily business operations and achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate marketing, advertising and sales campaigns, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Manage pricing based on product costs, market conditions and profitability.
• Work with the finance team to monitor budgets, expenses and financial performance.
• Lead the sales, logistics and customer service teams, and set and monitor KPIs.
• Manage daily showroom operations and oversee inventory, orders and deliveries.
• Maintain high customer service standards and provide regular performance reports to the business owner.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial or retail business management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, pricing and financial performance.
• Strong analytical, organisational and negotiation skills.
• An accountable, results-oriented approach.
• Experience in furniture or home furnishings is an advantage.
