Job Description:

As a Cold Caller , you will play a crucial role in generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients. This position requires a confident and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for introducing our services, building rapport with prospects, and setting deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided list or through research.
  • Introduce our company and its services to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing their needs.
  • Schedule calls and build strong relationships with clients
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed monthly call and appointment targets.
  • Prepare reports for management team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Intermediate level of English
