Responsibilities

• Receive and document damage claims from customers, dealerships, brokers, and carriers

• Review bills of lading, vehicle inspection reports, photos, GPS records, and delivery paperwork

• Determine whether damage likely occurred before, during, or after transport

• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, insurers, and repair facilities

• Coordinate estimates, inspections, repairs, settlements, and releases

• Track claim deadlines and maintain accurate case files

• Identify fraud, exaggerated claims, and recurring carrier issues

• Negotiate fair resolutions while protecting company margins

• Prepare reports on claim frequency, costs, and trends

• Ensure procedures comply with your insurance policy and applicable transportation rules

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable working with documents, photos, reports, and case files
• Poblem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to manage multiple claims and follow deadlines
• Able to communicate professionally with customers, drivers, carriers, and insurance companies
• Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred, but not required.
