Chief Accountant

Description

Carrefour Armenia is currently seeking an experienced Chief Accountant who will effectively manage finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation of statutory accounts in Head Office,
• Make sure that the required monthly accounts transactions and reports are issued on time.
• Prepare the monthly operating management reports (revenue and staff cost) and help the managers in their monthly analysis of their revenue and staff cost,
• Follow up and analyze Inter-company transfers and recharges,
• Ensure timely payments to all Carrefour suppliers,
• Assist the Finance Manager on forecasts and budgets preparation,
• Prepare any additional financial activities as directed by Country Finance Manager,
• Take responsibility for all data entered into the system for International HO and GCC SC,
• Support the Finance Manager for preparation of HO International Budget and give support for GCC SC Budget,
• Prepare the payroll processing (finance part).

Requirements

• Higher Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration,
• Excellent knowledge of English languages,
• Work experience in a relevant field,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Team Player,
• Able to manage lead of change,
• Results-oriented.
