Description
Premium Machinery AM is hiring a motivated team member to fill the vacant position of Car Rental Agent․
Responsibilities
- Managing the full cycle of car rental and return processes, including the preparation of relevant documentation.
- Ensuring car delivery within Armenia and across the regions.
- Organizing the regulated servicing of rental cars.
- Ensuring high-quality service.
- Raising awareness and working on increasing the number of customers.
- Ensuring the proper placement of vehicles at relevant locations and adherence to procedures for permissions.
- Communicating with customers, identifying their needs, and preparing relevant offers.
- Managing databases, ensuring necessary software updates, and monitoring.
- Periodic reporting to the direct supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience in the service sector is preferred.
- Knowledge of Russian and English at a communicative level.
- Minimum two years of experience in driving a car.
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office at a user level.
