About the Company:
Med Standard LLC is a specialized distribution company operating in the field of medical equipment and healthcare technologies. Our portfolio covers a wide range of clinical sectors, including Operating Theatre and ICU equipment, General Surgery, Trauma, CMF (Cranio-Maxillofacial), and Aesthetic Medicine.
We are currently expanding our team and seeking qualified Sales Specialists to support our operations both in the medical sector and in non-medical areas related to human health and safety technologies. Candidates with relevant experience and a strong motivation to contribute to the development of healthcare solutions are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Sell medical equipment in an assigned region․
- Work with an established client base (partially provided)․
- Search for new clients and build strong relationships․
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate terms․
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets․
- Control receivables and oversee product shipment․
- Promote company products and ensure maximum sales in the allocated territory․
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans․
- Conduct presentations, trainings, and demo equipment demonstrations for medical institutions․
- Stay up to date on medical industry trends and technologies․
- Collaborate with doctors in the region․
- Recruit and supervise sales reps; track team KPIs․
- Handle month-end and year-end sales closing processes․
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Medicine or Biomedical Engineering․
- At least 2 years of experience as a medical sales representative․
- Knowledge of the Armenian medical market․
- Proven success in active sales and client development․
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills․
- Fluency in Armenian; English and Russian required․
- Goal-oriented, organized, and confident․
- High motivation for income and professional growth․

- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint․
- Strategic planning, CRM software experience․
