Backend Developer

Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Architect, code, and maintain high-performance systems while adhering to best coding practices and standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and system issues.
• Collaboration with DevOps: Partner with the DevOps team to deploy monitoring, logging, and security protocols for containerized applications.
• Code Reviews: Engage in code review sessions, offer constructive feedback, and advocate for code quality and sustainability.
• Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements to suggest and integrate best practices into the development workflow.
• System Architecture Contribution: Provide input on architectural and design choices, leveraging your expertise to advance the system's overall design.

Requirements:
• Software Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development.
• JavaScript Proficiency: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Java Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of Java.
• Containerization Skills: Familiarity with Docker is advantageous.
• Framework Acquaintance: Experience with the Spring framework is beneficial.
• Build System Familiarity: Proficient understanding of the Maven build system.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
