Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with marketplace sellers and e-commerce businesses. The successful candidate should be an effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills and be able to identify and close sales opportunities. Will work closely with the Sales (B2B) Team to achieve revenue targets and promote our #Marketplace and e-commerce platform.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with marketplace Sellers and e-commerce businesses,
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients,
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients,
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals,
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention,
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends and customer needs,
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system


  • Bachelor's degree in Business development, Marketing or related field,
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills,
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the e-commerce or marketplace industry is a plus,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new businesses,
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools,
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian & English,
  • A driving license and a personal vehicle will be a plus.
