Tashir Arena is seeking a skilled B2B & B2C Sales Manager !!!

Job Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to retention.

• Identifying and researching new potential clients.
• Actively making outbound calls to generate new leads.
• Conducting individual meetings and consultations with private clients.
• Retaining existing clients by renewing contracts and offering new products.
• Executing cross-selling strategies to maximize client value.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations on our products.
• Managing and presenting accurate reports on sales activities and results as required by the company.
• Following current instructions and procedures given by the management.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; proficiency in English is required.
• High stress resilience and excellent interpersonal relationship management skills.
• Proven sales skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
