Description

Gulf Armenia is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate product/service solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings.
  • Prepare price lists, sales proposals, and service packages tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Analyze industry trends and contribute ideas for growth strategies in target markets.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
