Attendance System Specialist

We are looking for an Attendance System Specialist to manage and maintain the company’s employee attendance and access control systems. The role ensures accurate tracking of employee working hours, check-ins/check-outs, and system user management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage employee attendance records and time-tracking systems
• Administer employee check-ins, check-outs, shifts, and schedule adjustments
• Create, update, and deactivate user accounts in attendance/access systems
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of attendance data across all departments
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in attendance records
• Coordinate with HR and department heads regarding attendance issues
• Generate regular attendance and absence reports for management
• Maintain and support biometric or electronic access control systems
• Ensure compliance with internal attendance policies and procedures

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Basic technical skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for coordination with HR and departments
