Description
We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the sales manager with the day-to-day running. You should also be able to delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the sales manager.
Responsibilities
- Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
- Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
- Assisting Sales Manager in planning effective sales strategies.
- Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
- Performing administrative tasks of transactions such as recording and filing details.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / physics/ business/marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
- Readiness and ability to learn
- English and Russian (B1 level)
Additional Notes
Work schedule: 9:00-18:00, 13:00-14:00 Lunchtime, 5-day with two days off (Saturday and Sunday).
