Incoming and Outgoing Travel Manager

ArmeTour travel agency is looking for an active, responsible, and communicative professional to work in the areas of incoming and outgoing tourism.

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about travel, enjoys communicating with people, and is ready to participate in the entire process of developing, organizing, and selling tours.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations to clients and prepare suitable travel offers
• Book and coordinate hotels, airline tickets, transfers, excursions, and other travel services
• Communicate with partners, hotels, tour operators, and service providers
• Organize individual and group tours

Requirements

• Higher education is preferred
• Previous work experience in the tourism industry is preferred
• Good command of Russian and English (working proficiency, with both written and verbal communication skills)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Good computer skills

Additional Notes

Full-time work schedule:

Monday–Friday: 10:00–19:00
Saturday: 11:00–16:00

Part-time or remote work arrangements may also be considered additionally, depending on the needs.
