UPD is looking for an Architectural Team Leader to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects, designers, and technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Delegate tasks, set project goals, and monitor team performance to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
• Oversee multiple architectural projects, from concept design to final execution, ensuring all are completed within budget and schedule.
• Review and approve architectural designs and technical drawings, ensuring they meet both client requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure that architectural designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks during the design and construction phases.
• Coordinate with other departments (such as engineering, interior design, and construction teams) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the allocation of resources, including staff, budget, and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on deadlines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Deep understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to guide the team in creating functional, aesthetic designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and understanding of construction methods and building codes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage clients, team members, and external partners effectively.
• Licensure as a professional architect (in some regions).
