Architectural Render Specialist

Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Render Specialist to create high-quality interior and exterior architectural visualizations. Candidates must be proficient in enhancing exported CAD models and transforming them into polished, visually compelling renders. This role is focused on architectural representation and is not intended for interior designers.

Responsibilities

• Receive CAD models exported from Revit and perform additional 3D modeling to enhance geometry and detailing as needed
• Create photorealistic exterior and interior renderings for a variety of architectural projects
• Interpret architectural intent accurately and deliver visuals that reflect design quality and spatial clarity
• Collaborate with architects to understand project goals and adjust visuals accordingly
• Manage lighting, materials, texture mapping, and scene composition
• Deliver still images, walkthroughs, or other visual assets based on project needs

Requirements

• Proven experience producing high-quality architectural renderings (portfolio required)
• Ability to model, detail, and refine 3D assets based on Revit-exported CAD files
• Proficiency in rendering software of choice (e.g., 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp + V-Ray, Blender, Cinema 4D, Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, etc.)
• Strong understanding of architecture, composition, lighting, and materials
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to handle both interior and exterior scenes with equal proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in architecture or architectural visualization
• Experience with animation or virtual walkthroughs is a plus
• Familiarity with Revit and understanding of architectural drawing standards
