Description

ABIO Garden Mall is looking for an “Online Sales Specialist in mall”.

The workplace is located at the 2nd km of the Yerevan–Sevan highway. Transportation to and from the workplace is organized by the company’s vehicles, only from Avan and Nor Nork districts of Yerevan and from Abovyan city.

Responsibilities

• Customer service via social media.
• Answering incoming phone calls.
• Supporting the sales process — from order placement to delivery confirmation.
• Providing customers with the necessary information about products.

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Excellent command of the Armenian language.
• Knowledge of Russian and English will be considered an advantage.
• Literate and professional speech.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Working days and hours: flexible work schedule, 09:00 – 19:00
