Square Signs Armenia is the official branch of Square Signs LLC, USA. We are a full-service web development and digital marketing company operating in the US market - with a constantly growing team of professionals.
We are looking for an e experienced and enthusiastic Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist (Night Shift) to porvide support for our Orbano.com business clients.
Work hours are from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM, including break. We work from the office.
1. Client Support & Sales Assistance:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing professional and timely assistance.
- Guide clients through product selections and purchasing processes, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their needs.
- Answer questions about product specifications, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Support existing clients by addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Collaboration with Outside Sales Team:
- Assist the outside sales team by managing client requests and coordinating follow-ups.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers and the sales team.
- Provide necessary documentation, quotes, and product details to support sales efforts.
3. Product & Order Management:
- Maintain accurate product information in the system, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist with inventory-related inquiries and product updates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, inside sales, or a related role, preferably in wholesale or B2B industries.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM or accounting systems for order and product management is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Knowledge of signage materials or a related industry is an advantage but not required.
