Description

We are looking for an experienced Ads Manager to plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising strategies.

The Ads Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing budgets, conducting A/B testing, analyzing campaign results, and maximizing return on investment (ROI). The role requires close collaboration with the design, content, product, and CRM teams to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth.

Experience in the iGaming industry or promoting online gaming products will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

* Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns.
* Launch and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
* Monitor budgets and maximize ROAS.
* Conduct A/B testing of creatives and landing pages.
* Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
* Collaborate with Product, CRM, Design, and Content teams.
* Research competitors and market trends.
* Ensure compliance with advertising policies.

Requirements

* 2–3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Knowledge of tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
* Experience with campaign optimization.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
* English B2+.
* Experience promoting iGaming products is a significant advantage.
