Role Overview

As an Administrative Specialist, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s office, manage document circulation, and oversee administrative supplies and internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, structure, and teamwork, and takes pride in maintaining an effective and supportive office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a comfortable and technically equipped work environment.
  • Coordinate cleaning and security services.
  • Support onboarding and placement of new employees by providing necessary conditions and supplies.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (both paper and electronic).
  • Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and digital archiving of HR and administrative documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts, leave applications, and other internal documents.
  • Monitor the administrative budget, including office and event-related expenses.
  • Welcome guests and ensure a comfortable environment and hospitality arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and contractual work with administrative partners and vendors.
  • Maintain records of administrative assets and ensure their proper use and condition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in administrative or office management (internship or student experience also considered).
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian and good command of English.
  • Proficiency in computer programs (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
