We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible Accounts Receivable & Income Auditor to join our finance team and support accurate financial operations within our hospitality environment.
This role requires a finance professional with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective control of revenue-related processes.

Job Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
- Process, verify, and post receipts for goods sold and services provided.
- Monitor incoming payments and maintain accurate account records.
- Manage customer accounts and payment statuses.
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and unpaid balances.
- Prepare invoices, bills receivable, and related financial documentation.
Income Audit & Financial Control
- Verify daily revenue transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Reconcile credit card transactions with Micros and Opera systems.
- Prepare daily credit card summaries and revenue reports.
- Review Micros and Opera reports for accuracy and identify unusual transactions.
- Evaluate revenue centers and prepare income journal reports.
- Review and balance rebates and adjustments within the property management system.
- Support implementation of financial control procedures and accounting standards.

- Have experience working with hospitality financial systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit-related positions is preferred.
- Experience with hospitality systems is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting processes.
- Good working knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English.
