Description
ARGE BUSINESS LLC is looking for a motivated person to join Human Resources Department. If you have a passion for HR, familiar with labor law and look to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be. You’ll be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Organize all HR documentation processes by HR Software and coordinate with RA legislation
- Prepare employment agreements, orders, vacations, business trips, references, powers of attorney, etc.
- Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Collaborate with outside vendors and partners (Medical Insurance Firms, Banks), upper management and employees
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
- Assist in the development of onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures
- Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve the employee experience
Requirements
- Relevant work experience of minimum 1 year
- Knowledge of RA labor legislation
- BA in Human Resources Management, Law or any related field
- Strong written/oral communication skills in Armenian and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly an advanced level of Excel
- Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision
- Skills in database management and record-keeping
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
